Terms & Conditions

Here are our terms and conditions (T&Cs). They’re fair and reasonable because that’s the way we like to operate.

1. The competition is for Sydney residents ONLY, aged 18 and over

2. You must be an expectant parent

3. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from of for the same person will be disqualified

4. The closing date for the competition is listed on the entry page and any entries after this will NOT be included

5. No responsibility will be accepted by MM PHOTOS for entries not received for whatever reason

6. The winner will be announced as per the date on the competition

7. The winner of the babymoon must confirm a booking for a newborn shoot with MM PHOTOS

8. On entering the competition, an entrant is in agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions

9. MM PHOTOS reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside the promoters control. Any changes to the competition will be notifed to entrants as soon as possible by MM PHOTOS.

10. MM PHOTOS is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected or not with this competition

11. The winner will be notified by, phone, email or social media. If the winner can not be contacted within 7 days of notification we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner

12. The prize is as stated and no cash or alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice

13. MM PHOTOS decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final

14. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to any entrant will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party

15. This giveaway is no way endorsed by facebook/instagram

16. By filling out this form you’re agreeing to have your email and phone number used in potential email marketing. MM PHOTOS will never share your information. You are provinding your information to MM PHOTOS and not any other party
